How we handle account information, photos and generated media.
What we process
We process account identity, order and credit records, generation settings, provider task identifiers and resulting media. Payment providers handle card information; we do not store card numbers or security codes.
Photos
Selected photos are uploaded and processed to create your requested video. Photos are not used as marketing material or for our model training.
Site analytics
We use aggregate site analytics and first-party conversion events for visits, pricing and purchase clicks, campaign tags and referring domains. A first-party browser identifier lasts up to one year. Checkout may associate it with an order. Events do not include photos, card details or full referring URLs. When the cookie-consent banner is enabled, conversion tracking begins only after acceptance.
Retention
Uploaded source photos and completed videos are retained for 7 days after upload or saving respectively. Access ends at expiry. Ordinary diagnostic logs are retained for at most 60 days. Necessary account, order, credit and task accounting records are retained separately.

Download archived videos before expiry. Contact support for account-data requests.
